Two ways to run Drive In Cinema
1.) Bluetooth
2.) FM
We can run both FM and Bluetooth however we specialise in the Bluetooth option and would strongly recommend this format.
Using our Bluetooth speaker system over FM has a few important advantages:
1.) Time – You need a minimum of 60 days to apply for an Ofcom license to run FM whereas you do not need any broadcast license for Bluetooth so we can turn around enquires the next day if needed.
2.) Cost – Our package includes Bluetooth speakers for either 100 or 150 cars plus spares. If you run with an FM system it will cost you over £1000 to obtain the license.
3.) Ease – The Bluetooth speakers are setup before any customers arrive, so all they need to do is turn them on. Instructions go up on the screen to show them how to do this.
4.) Cars – With FM, especially with newer cars, you need to leave the engine on to use the radio. This leads to two things. Firstly car batteries running flat. Secondly, it means lights are normally on as well. Neither of these are good and severely impact the overall experience of the event.
We hope this explains why we think our Bluetooth Speaker system really is as good as we say it is however if you have any further questions about our Bluetooth Speaker System please do not hesitate to get in touch with us!
